Our customers typically have regular bulk quantities of mail and rely on the Royal Mail’s delivery network to transport it nationally and deliver it the final mile.

Those customers that can meet the minimum mailing volumes and credit level have the option to hold their own Access Agreements directly with us.  If they choose to do so, we are able to work closely with them to develop services that fit their business needs; this arrangement gives our customers some important benefits:
