Further to our previous communication on Thursday 2 April, we are pleased to announce that Royal Mail and the CWU have reached a negotiators agreement covering deployment of Universal Service reform.

This will now go to the Postal Executive Committee and IDS Board for approval.

We will provide a further update in due course.
