The CWU agreed to recommence facilitated talks with Royal Mail through ACAS. The talks commenced on Monday 9 January and are ongoing.

Royal Mail is committed to reaching an agreement to resolve the current pay and change disputes to secure the company's future and its employees' long-term job security. 

Currently, there is no CWU industrial action scheduled to take place.
