We wrote to customers on 9 February 2021, advising that we were extending the suspension of adjustments for non-receipt of seeds for non-Mailmark Advertising Mail and Partially Addressed Mail until 6 March 2021.

We can now confirm that from week commencing 8 March 2021, we will be able to recommence the physical checks of seeds for these items, and are requesting that  customers comply with their contractual obligation to provide a seed on the same date as the mailing being posted to help ensure a level playing field for all in the letters postal market.

Customers should also revert to sending their seeds in within 2 weeks of us notifying you that we have not received one
