Update on the Access Service Request process consultation
Following your feedback to our consultation on the changes to the Access Service Request Process (3rd Nov 2017), we have decided to take a step back and spend more time to fully reflect on how we move forward.  To support this, we have engaged with our Access customers on this area and we are running workshops to develop the way forward. 


For clarity, we will not be implementing the changes on which we consulted in March 2018.
