We have recently introduced our new web portal from which Wholesale customers can access their invoices electronically.
Customer response to the new portal has been very positive with a number of customers already choosing to switch off their paper invoices. One customer has stated: "The notification emails we get are excellent and the invoices are ready and available in good time on a Monday typically".

For customers registering for the first time to the new portal, we can organise a short test period for you, during which you can continue to receive paper invoices (in addition to the electronic invoices). Contact your Account Director and they will facilitate the set-up of this arrangement with our Finance Team. If you do not choose to test the portal, then you will automatically stop receiving paper invoices when you register.
if you do not choose to use the einvoicing portal at all you will continue to receive paper invoices.
