We have set up a new working group to look at how we can increase and improve the automation of machineable large letter mail items and this group is open to all to join in.

The headline objective is to review the current circulation and handover of Downstream Access (DSA) Large Letter mail to maximise the use of large letter sorting equipment. The Terms of Reference for the working group are attached.
