We are pleased to inform you that on 26 April 2023 we are planning to launch a brand new incentive specifically designed to support companies sending catalogues or mail-order retailers, with many in this sector being severely impacted by difficult trading conditions affecting their use of printed catalogues.
This new incentive allows eligible participants to post incremental catalogue Advertising Mail from June to December 2023 and earn postage credits of up to 25%.
When does the incentive launch?
Under clause 3.1 of the Voucher Redemption and Reimbursement Agreement we are permitted to launch an incentive on reasonable notice, unless we receive a reasonable objection from an Access contract holder within 5 working days of our notice, in which case we must then provide 70 days’ notice.
We are keen for customers to benefit quickly from this incentive, so please accept this as reasonable notice of our intention to launch the incentive on 26 April 2023, and for it to run until 31 December 2023.
If we do not receive any reasonable objection by 5pm on 25 April 2023, the incentive will launch on 26 April 2023 and you may submit an application form from 15 May 2023. If we do receive a reasonable objection then the incentive launch will be deferred to 28 June 2023.
