ACCESS COMMUNICATION: Updates to our Covid-19 Incentives

BLACK FRIDAY AND CHRISTMAS MAILINGS

 

Two important shopping periods are rapidly approaching, Black Friday and Christmas, each providing an opportunity for brands to effectively promote their products and services to their target audience.

 

To support our customers during these key trading periods, we would like to advise you that you can use existing incentive schemes to post Black Friday and Christmas advertising mail mailings and at the same time achieve a postage credit for re-investment. To achieve this:

 
  1. You can currently apply to participate in Quarter 3 of the Back to Business Incentive and Back to Business Extra Incentive schemes which are running until  24 December 2020. Please note that to be considered for participation in these incentives, you must submit your application before 25 September 2020; or
  2. From 25 September 2020 you can use our Open for Business Incentive which is running until 31 December 2020.  To enable you to mail Black Friday and Christmas mailings under this incentive, we have added the following eligibility criteria to the existing scheme:
 
  • Any new mailing in addition to the current plan promoting products and services relating to the Black Friday shopping event.
  • Any new mailing in addition to the current plan promoting products and services relating to Christmas.
 

EXTENDING THE ELIGIBLE SERVICES FOR THE BACK TO BUSINESS INCENTIVE AND BACK TO BUSINESS EXTRA INCENTIVE

 

We are also extending the scope of the Back to Business Incentive and Back to Business Extra Incentive so that you can now present Mailmark items in bags, and post manual items in Letter and Large Letter format.
