Introduction
The Advertising Volume Commitment Incentive is designed to help customers maintain the same volume of items in the 12 month period immediately after the Advertising Growth Incentive ends. The Advertising Volume Commitment Incentive will give postage credits to customers who match or exceed the same volumes of advertising mail items as posted during their Advertising Growth Incentive period.
How does it work?
To be eligible for postage credits during the Advertising Volume Commitment Incentive the customer must send at least the same volume of advertising mail items as they sent during their Advertising Growth Incentive.
Postage Credits are then calculated in two parts:
- Matched Volume - The volume of mail that was incremental during the Growth Incentive* is referred to as the Matched Volume Commitment. We award postage credits where you achieve 95% of the Matched Volume Commitment.
- Incremental Volume - If the customer sends more items than in the 12 month period of the Growth Incentive, then we award additional postage credits for the items that are above this volume.
*Note: The base commitment is the same base commitment as we agreed for the Advertising Growth Incentive.
