Consultation on changes to the Access Service Request Process

In November 2017 we consulted on a range of changes to our process for responding to requests for new D+2 and later than D+2 Letter and Large Letter services. Following your feedback, we decided to take a step back and spend more time to fully reflect on how we move forward. In 2018 we subsequently held a series of meetings and workshops with customers.

We received very helpful feedback through this engagement which has informed our proposals. The new proposals are set out in our consultation document

We invite you to provide your comments to our proposed new framework. The deadline for responses is 15 February 2019.

We intend the new process to come into effect in the first quarter of the 2019-20 financial year.
