At the request of JICMAIL in 2018, Royal Mail agreed to amend its Advertising Mail terms and conditions to allow the sharing of volume posting data, by brand, with Nielsen. Nielsen is a global measurement and data analytics business supporting the industry with channel data for all media channels.
