Supporting Direct Mail to drive Acquisition through the TIS Incentive

We are pleased to announce that from 6 November 2023 customers will be able to use our existing Testing and Innovation incentive (TIS) to support new direct mail activity for customer acquisition.

To qualify, test mailings must include a minimum of 4,000 advertising mail items and a maximum of 500,000 items over the incentive period.  This use of the TIS incentive provides postage credits at 20% for the first 250,000 incremental items; and 10% for the next 250,000 incremental items, for eligible Advertising Mail Economy Letters and the last posting date is 30 March 2024.

You must submit your application for this incentive by 15 March 2024.
