Mailmark Reporting Delay

Please note that we are experiencing some delays in Mailmark data reaching the Mailmark reporting suite.  This means that some reports are not fully up to date, and you may see higher than normal volumes of mail showing as Not Machine Processed.  We are working hard to resolve this and we apologise for any inconvenience this is causing. 

There is no need to raise this with us as an IT incident.
