Important update from the Royal Mail Quality of Service team

Kantar and Royal Mail would like to thank all participating customers for their continued support as a valued business customer on the Royal Mail Quality of Service surveys. We could not have run these surveys without you.

We are writing to let you know that Royal Mail will be changing their Quality of Service survey supplier from Kantar to Spectos. Spectos are a market research agency with over 20 years of experience in measuring postal Quality of Service surveys just like the Royal Mail surveys in several countries across Europe.

Spectos will take over the running of the Royal Mail surveys from Kantar on 27 March 2023.  As we approach the transition date, we will be gradually moving participating customers over to Spectos.

Spectos will contact you directly to register you as a Spectos panelist and answer any questions you might have, talk you through the next steps and agree on a transition date.

You will continue to be a seeding panelist on the Kantar Postal Panel up until your transition date. Please continue to post your test items as normal to complete your survey tasks.
