In early January 2015, we intend to announce our price changes for the Condition 9 Access Agreements that are due to come into effect from the start of our 2015 financial year. The Condition 9 price changes will be in line with the price changes we announced on 6 October 2014 for the Access Letters Contract. Additionally, we are intending to change the price differential between the Condition 9 Access Agreements and the Access Letters Contract at this price review to better reflect the commercial value of the Access Letters Contract. The differential is likely to change to c.5%.
