For your convenience, we have listed below directories of companies that market software systems to enable you to sort your address data to Access Services. These companies, although not Royal Mail Wholesale recommended suppliers, have been tested and validated by Royal Mail Wholesale.
We recommend that you obtain full quotes for work from any supplier you may contact, and ask them the following questions:
• How long will the work take?
• How much will it cost?
• Will I have to pay for updates?
(The Access Database is updated regularly - major updates every 12-24 months, and
minor releases every month - and is distributed free of charge by Royal Mail
Wholesale. However, some suppliers re-format the database and charge customers
for performing the update.)
• Will training be given?
• What level of technical support will I receive?
We stress that any agreement you reach is between you and the supplier, but would like to hear from you if you have any comments about the list.
