Our Access Premium Service offers a later handover window than our Standard service: mailing items are handed over at Inward Mail Centres between 10:30pm - 12:30am, Monday to Saturday (and Sundays 8.00am - 10.00am).

Our service aim is to deliver 95% of your mail the next working day (or same day in the case of handover after midnight). Because of the lateness of the handover times, some geographical areas are excluded from the 95% aim (details are in the contract document (see link on left hand side).

Our quality of service performance is independently monitored by an external company and our actual quarterly performance is available on our website.

The minimum addressing standard for all mailing items posted under our Premium service is a 95% postcode and address accuracy.

* The service names of “Standard” and “Premium” relate to the time of day you may hand over your Access mailing items to Royal Mail.
