There are two pricing options for Access Postings based on delivery coverage - National Access and Zonal Access. 

A National Access Agreement provides uniform price points according to item format and weight. It is suitable for customers whose posting profile is both nationwide  and consistent with the average Royal Mail geographical mix of mail for delivery throughout the UK. A Zonal Access Agreement provides varying price points - according to the area to which it is to be delivered for each item format and weight. Our prices are based on the delivery point density and the proportion of mail delivered to businesses in each postcode sector in the UK and is ideal for customers whose mailing profile does not typically match Royal Mail's national geographical mix of mail.

For our Zonal contract, we have allocated each of the 11,000 postcode sectors in the UK one of four price zones: 

A – Urban 
B – Suburban
C – Rural/Deep Rural
D – London (within M25).

Prices vary by Zone to reflect our differing costs of delivery to those zones. Zonal Access postings are priced on a daily basis, according to the number of items for delivery in each zone.
