Chris Sutton was appointed the Interim Business Development & Sales Director of Royal Mail Wholesale in May 2010. He leads a national team of Key Account Managers who manage posting customers with direct access agreements. His team also promote the use of mail and supports posters who are considering downstream access. 

Chris spent 11 years in senior sales roles within Royal Mail Letters before joining Wholesale as Head of Business Development in January 2009. 

Prior to Royal Mail Chris had a 22 year career in retail banking, holding various roles in Lloyds Bank and HSBC, including First Direct.
