It is a requirement of entering into a Condition 9 agreement that accessors use specified interfaces into Royal Mail systems. These interfaces are not necessarily Royal Mail property and may be being provided to Royal Mail from time to time by various external software agents or suppliers. These agents or suppliers may also offer other unconnected services for sale within the mails market. Royal Mail does not sponsor, endorse or take any responsibility for any other services provided by these software suppliers.
