Current Access Agreements
An Access Agreement includes the terms and conditions for Access to Royal Mail’s postal facilities.
A number of variants of the Access Agreements provided on this website are each the latest version that has been agreed with and signed by an Access Customer. As such, each one is not necessarily reflective of the latest situation in relation to all terms and conditions that are contained in one of the others. As soon as a more recent variant of an Agreement is signed, the version currently on this website will be replaced. Please note that a recital has been placed into all the National Access Agreements to reflect the imminent changes to the measures for the Royal Mail National Geographic Posting Profile (NGPP). This recital will be removed once final contractual amendments to the NGPP are concluded with our customers.
